So if you are in anyway unhappy about your purchase simply get in touch, explain the situation and we will do our best to help. If you are not happy with your purchase then we are not either. Happy customers will means we are happy too and then we can all radiate a bit of positivity in a complicated world. All we ask is that you are pragmatic and fair too. At the moment Covid 19 does have the potential to cause extra delays particularly with deliveries, however so far we have been exceptionally lucky. The laws of average do suggest at some point we may not always be so fortunate, but at least it's very rare. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
